Molly
I'm posting this thread to let everyone know that Molly had a really horrible house fire today. She is ok, with minor injuries. She did lose her best friend and her puppies. She lost her home. She lost clothes, furniture, household items, personal (priceless) items and countless other things. Essentially she will be starting over. Not to mention she is heart broken and sad. Anything you can do to help her will be greatly appreciated by her. And, please send her a note and check on her! She will need a lot of cheering up!! This is a sad sad day. Nobody should ever have to experience losing a home and loved ones.
Stay strong Molly! We love you!

Gosh that is horrible! The local NBC affiliate KSN ran a story on the evening news and showed video of the damage to the house. Looks like fire burned straight through the roof and heavily damaged the entire house.

Much sadness. I'm glad she's ok, but I know how much she cared for her animals, and that is a tragic loss for her.
Here's to a speedy recovery in all phases, and we all share in her sadness.
Be careful everyone!

Just saw Molly, she is still in shock over the fire, losing Lily and the puppies. She has a trash bag of sooty smoke filled clothes she salvaged and that is it. First thing she needs is a house for her and the dogs. Anyone able to hook her up would be very appreciated. After that, everything you need for a house, as anyone that can help is deeply needed. Thanks

Sadly I had a house fire around the first of September I lost so much and received very little help with anything. I hope it's not as hard for her and she is able to rebuild quickly

I'm sorry for your earlier loss. Hopefully you did not suffer injuries, Molly did unfortunately. Back to you, how are you doing? I know I'm late but is there anything I can aid you with?

Someone in contact with Molly needs to be sure she is receiving help from the American Red Cross. That's one of the main things they do...providing temporary housing, along with funding and resources to replace clothing, medicine, and other household essentials after a fire...regardless of income or occupation.

You're hanging out with the wrong people then. People always want to help others. Friends should always help friends. Not to mention, I witnessed Molly losing her home and babies right in front of my own eyes. For me not to try to help or tell other friends who can also help, would be just shitty of me. I'm sorry that you also lost your home. Do you still need clothes, furniture?? What?? Sometimes you do have to ask for help if you didn't have people/friends in your life that would've/could've helped you.
Molly has been in contact with Red Cross. They provided her some assistance but it sure wasn't much. Somebody mentioned landlord and I agree!...any landlords in the house need to reach out to Molly. Please! And remember she does have pets and isn't leaving them behind!
To all you kind hearted generous people, Molly appreciates you from the bottom of her heart. Thank you.

If you still need anything, let me know. I will be leaving the area on Thursday, but I will be back in town by Saturday evening.

Unfortunately I don't rent I own my home so the 50 dollars per person from the Red Cross wasent helpful for me either as I had a lot more than $150 in loss. I didn't make my post for pitty only to hope she is receiving a lot more help than I did fortunately I've made all repairs and have replaced everything that I could. I'm sure I could have had some nice guys from eccie help me repair lol but I don't mix business with my personal home. I understand how hard a fire can be and only ment to say I can relate. My pet was in my home and hid thankfully she survived and I was not home.
Kudos to everyone for being so kind to her in her time of need I love seeing positive posts on here

Wow! I don't know her,but that's horrible! I hope that everything works out and she's able to recover from her loss swiftly. I will say a prayer for her. Also, anyone who does know her personally,I have a good friend who owns several rental properties if she's needing a pet free house. PM me for details if I can do anything to help in that area.
