Sealthing or Assault?

This shady, disgusting practice has been going on as long as I can remember. It was a reason a lot of guys ended up on alert lists. One was notorious for pulling the condom off while in doggy... -_-

"Stealthing" - is it's new trendy term - is removing the condom without letting your partner know.

It is all over the internet and news currently as a new debatable topic.

Some are even trying to change the laws to include this as "Nonconsensual condom removal" or sexual assault.

I feel this is a good thing for women and sex workers.

Both a guy and a girl involved in a sexual encounter should be open about what the terms of the encounter should be.

If a person agrees to fuck someone with a condom, and they change the arrangement without the other's consent, to me, that IS rape. Honestly it doesn't matter who the perpetrator is... male or female.

No need for the or. Just because it's a trendy term doesn't mean it can't be something more serious. Just like sharking (pantsing) was trendy for awhile.

Dunno if language of the law allows for this to be a loophole or technicality, but if you agree to one thing and someone puts you at risk going against that agreement there ought to be punishment. The risks would justify it.

The reason I included it as "or" is just that. Society is currently seeing it partially as a trendy thing to do with no repercussions, and partially as Sexual Assault.


The language of how 'rape' and 'assault' are written have more to do with consent to have sex. Not the terms of the sex itself. From what I gather, this has allowed violations to go unpunished. I am happy there is a push for change.

This is a very interesting topic... I had a client do this to me back in 2009....I saw his ass at a night club about 6 months later and this fucker actually approached me to see if I remembered him...let's just say being slapped across the face by a woman in public doesn't do much for your male ego....

Just the fact he did that to me and then had the balls to approach me....I felt he got it easy with just my slap....

Doubt we'll end up seeing an actual language of the law change. Maybe more acceptance of this being an extended application of current law to be taken seriously on a case by case basis with a given precedent (sp?). Hopefully it happens sooner rather than later before something life-altering (pregnancy, incurable infection) is needed to spur the cause... If that hasn't already happened.

Edit: on the "or"... If handy, I'd be interested in seeing which subset of society thinks this is trendy with no reprocessions. They seem obvious.

That said, I see this following the same trend as rape accusations where men with cases against women are virtually laughed out of the court room. Scary for men considering how damaging a false rape claim is with such little impact on the accuser.

I damn near saw a military police officer get away with rape charges.. .he was running fake prostitution stings and sexually assaulting providers...

I was one of them. He told LE that me and one other girl were lying because he didn't pay what he agreed to. Which was BS. This guy didn't sit a day in jail until found guilty and sentenced to 15 years. He was going to get away with this..it was his word (a police officer) against ours (whores). But he was an idiot..... He was caught on his dashboard cam making phone calls to fellow officers bragging about how is sets providers up...he said you should see the look on their faces... And then they do whatever I tell them to and then he laughs evilly on the recording ....

I think that did it for him... That was the last thing the judge heard before she went to her chambers to make a verdict and decide sentencing...

He was my client for 2 years... He knew my RW name...we became very close... And he took advantage of that and me ....

I'm astonished that this subject is worthy of a dedicated thread. I foolishly assumed, evidently, that it was a given that consensual sex went out the window when either party went outside the boundaries of what was understood. Sorry Analeese I can't agree with you on this one. This sort of shit isn't hobby specific. This type of behavior is every bit as unacceptable outside the hobby as it is within it. Any guy who thinks this shit is cool in or out of the hobby is a dangerous predator and should be treated as such. Time to acknowledge what this really is; if it's nonconsentual it's rape. I'll change my opinion on this based on this response... It's very true... We're all adults whether in or out of the hobby and should know better about things like this...

We should be educating ourselves abd protecting ourselves even more because we are in the sex industry and are targets for individuals who do things like this...
