Usually that means the person has gone through hormones treatment so the masculine features had either gone or dimimish also long hair boobs and in manu cases some cosmetic surgery..

If a person goes thru 16 years of male hormones, his muscles, tendons, bone structure, will be positively masculine.

No amount of hormone or surgery will turn back the clock. That is why they are so recognizable, no?

A person would have to start hormone therapy BEFORE puberty, what doctor will do that?

I have seen a few TS that look very pasable, but very few and far between. I dont think of even one that could pass as a woman.

Some years back I went to the Meson Maya restaurant over near Fair Park and they were having a drag show. Some of the performers were wearing bikinis and from my vantage point I could have sworn they were smoking hot real women. I'm sure there's plenty of guys that have been tricked because of how damn good modern medicine has gotten with their creations.

It has been requested in the past. I think is only reasonable to address a section of the market that is alive and vibrant.
But the mods/owners have not seen it this way.
It might be quite a complex/expensive thing to do... i mean, imagine having to insert a few lines of code...
