Default Gas Panic

There is a real gasoline panic underway and stations in SA are already running out. The stations I drove by were stacked 30-40 cars deep. Top off your tank while you can.

News is saying no gas shortage...they are readjusting supply runs to get gas to the stations...if you got some gas and can wait out the craziness, that would be your best bet!

The lines I saw were all crazy from Ft Sam Houston up I35 North to 3009...just waiting for the price gouge and see prices go up to $3 or $4 bucks a gallon!

Rumor has it Valero is sending its gas to Houston, thus an anticipated shortage here, real or imagined.

What's ridiculous is alot of people are getting gas that don't even need it, just stock piling. Get gas like you normally do and we wouldn't have this mess.

Last week it was the grocery store shelves and now the gas stations. The good ol' media good at putting a scare in the public. What will be next? A shortage of condoms?

Saw this CNN article about the gas panic in Dallas being largely self-inflicted and totally preventable: http://money.cnn.com/2017/08/31/news...las/index.html

Pretty sad. But, hey there isn't a law against ignorance. People should realize that fuel would be redirected not only throughout the state but from other states as well duuuuh. Bush Pilot you think you should school those misguided "sheep" following in a pack? That's why we call it FEMA! Federal EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT Agency. Those are the people responsible to prevent such calamities. Obviously they were still not able to prevent ignorancy either. Ha Ha
