I will be flying into DC next week. Is Uber reliable and fairly quick to show up or would I do better to make alternate arrangements to get to my hotel and around town?

You should be fine with Uber or Lyft. Plenty of drivers on both.

During my visit to D.C. I made use of Uber and all went well. Best of luck with making your arrangements.

Crystal City very safe. Some good dining there too. Old Town Alexandria not far either. Have fun!

Thank you! I have been very fortunate and everything is in walking distance and Monday and today have been just beautiful.

I'm a DC area local and don't drive.
I get around using Lyft, Uber and Moovn all the time.
