Cheap Sex Further Removes The Need For Marriage

Today I came across an article about how cheap sex from an economic standpoint further drives men away from marriage. The author defines cheap sex as "sex that has very little cost in terms of time or emotional investment, giving it little value." Essentially the wide availability of dating websites and porn, there is no longer a need to marry just to have sex when you want it. Women control sex, but men control marriage.

A point made in the article is "women settle and enter into doomed or otherwise unsatisfying marriages". Ladies, do you agree? If the guy you want to marry will not marry you, will you simply find a man that will? I know plenty of women that easily settled because they simply wanted to be married and have children. Any sperm donor will do.

One way to reverse the trend of men shying away from marriage is to make divorce fair and equitable, and easy to execute. Divorce favors women across the board and with cheap sex available, men can skip all the drama. Below is the link if you want to read the full article.

Let's just face it - Marriage is not a necessity anymore in this day and age. The roles in cisgender marriages have changed as men no longer need to be bread winner and women no longer have to be the homemaker. A lot of us can enjoy the comforts of financial security, sanity and family without having to be married.

Interesting post. Divorce initiated by the wife is such a cluster fuck for the husband that it makes the guy not want to sign the contract. The only way I would sign up for the program would be if the gal was from a culture that doesn't believe in divorce. (Yes they exist btw.) Otherwise, you're probably gonna get screwed (not in a good way lol).
