Default FBI has 1,000 open investigations into violent white supremacy, domestic terror: Agency chief

"Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Missouri, noted that inside the United States there have been nearly three times as many domestic terrorist attacks carried out by white supremacists and anti-government activists than by people inspired or otherwise tied to international terrorist groups.

Most Americans 'would assume that the threat from ISIS influence is much greater, and the reality and the facts don’t support that,' the Missouri senator said."

Quaint how you ignorant lefties conveniently equate the "Antifa terrorists" with "white supremacists" to advance your lying agenda even though Antifa's graffiti tells your ignorant lot that they are indeed "anti-government". So, peddle your bullshit misrepresentation somewhere else.

Mention white supremacy and you don't have to wait long for certain posters to show up with their teeth bared under their white pointy hoods.

We don't generally consider white supremacists to be terrorists. Nor do the media.

So easy.

This came up in another discussion.

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-me...os-behind-it/#

"Since then — from Sept. 12, 2001, to Dec. 31, 2016 — there have been 85 attacks in the country by violent extremists resulting in 225 deaths. GAO reported citing data from the U.S. Extremist Crime Database.

Of those 225 deaths:
• 106 individuals were killed by far-right violent extremists in 62 separate incidents;
• 119 individuals were killed by radical Islamist violent extremists in 23 separate incidents"

Far right extremists are responsible for more attacks. Islamist extremists are just better at it.

Hey, bitch, your OP article said "1,000"; so, that must mean the the other 915 incidents are not the work of the far-right as you lyingly claim. Hence, it's obvious to the informed that you're still peddling bullshit at odds with the facts. The Antifa number among the "anti-government terrorists" being investigated, and your lying attempt to pass the activities of that group off as the work of "white supremacists" is complete and utter bullshit. If you'd actually read the article you cited you would see it doesn't say what you say it says ... nor does it actually support the ABC headline. But that would be ABC lying again, also.

BTW, you conniving, lying bitch, on 11 September 2001 -- a mere 24 hours earlier than your BS timeline starts -- Muslim radicals killed 2,996 people.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has formally classified the activities of anti-fascist groups (antifa) as “domestic terrorist violence” since early 2016, according to confidential law enforcement documents obtained by Politico and interviews.

Wow! Reading some of these articles I am amazed that the Pulse nightclub shooting was considered an Islamic terrorist attack. Didn't President Obama hold off on that? Was the San Bernandino finally deemed a Muslim extremist attack also?

Not seeing many examples of the far right domestic terrorism attacks.
