I actually just wrote an AMP review where I did exactly this. The little breaks when you change positions do a LOT for endurance. If you need a longer break, that pussy is calling for a good tongue fucking. In fact, I felt kinda like my second point above.

Sometimes docs will give a dose of SSRI’s or tricyclic antidepressants. But the nerve pathways effected can grow back.

I forgot about this. Celexa and Lexapro, both anti-depressants, are good about delaying orgasm. In my case, they were too good and I had to switch to a different one. Urologists will sometimes prescribe it in cases like this.
