Who looks after the Powder Room in Dallas?

My post at the bottom of this thread has gone un-answered, but before I jump to the conclusion that seems obvious, I thought I'd check with the mods on this.

It is possible that no individual provider wants to assume the responsibility for unlocking the information I seek. There are no female mods listed at the top of the Dallas main page, so I'm not sure who can tell me the reason the information is secret in the first place, and what needs to be done to unlock it.
There's also the question of which PR it's in. Dallas, or National, or somewhere else. I'm not sure how the PRs are structured, and without knowing this, even less sure who to ask.

I suppose it's also possible that the only information they have is the information I gave them on the site in question. If that's the case, they need new lawyers. Who's in charge of the information I'm asking for?

I just read your post and did not see where you requested a response. I thought you were just giving information on the NOI. This was in the Coed forum and the PR was not mentioned. We have Lady Mods and they are responsible for the PR.
