it was mostly a publicity stunt. sure, they cleaned up, but just like in Baltimore, it was only after Trump scolded the city publicly. where were these people before? does Trump need to direct them?

by the way, if you read the article, only a fraction of the clean up was related to homeless camps.. much of it was cleaning up ILLEGAL DUMPING BY BUSINESSES, the same Business Owners who clamored for the big tax cut, yet refuse to operate legally and dispose of their waste.

very little of what goes on around Politics is close to what it seems on the surface. these kind-hearted folks had plenty of opportunity to clean up, but they NEEDED Trump's initiative first.

That's a gross exaggeration. FOX news has been running the story of California's burgeoning homeless squalor for months, long before trumpy picked up on it.

And who cares if these activists are partly motivated by a desire to make the lib-retards who "run" these cities look bad? At least they are channeling something negative (hatred of lib-retards) into something positive (cleaning up the homeless camps)!

Nonsense. I read the article. The reference to alleged illegal dumping by business was in a quote from an LA Times editorial. The LA Times was just trying to deflect responsibility away from the homeless. And so are you. I would bet 90% of the trash is generated by the homeless and non-homeless slobs living in LA, not by responsible, law-abiding local businesses.
