I'm Moving To Denver... Seeking Suggestions.
I'm moving to Denver, and searching for just the right area to live.
I don't want to be too far out from downtown, but also not wanting to be IN downtown.
Which area/neighborhoods would you recommend, and which should I avoid?
(Don't want to be in a sketchy neighborhood)
Thank you, in advance, for your replies.

Be very selective in cruising the city; many fine areas, some in transition and others with some promise.
imo, unless you have spent time there before, best to find a decent area apartment and plan on spending at least 3 or 4 months exploring.
Best of luck and stay in touch.

I have spent time there before, but normally stayed in the DTC area.

I know living and visiting are 2 diff things .... but I do like the DTC area.
RiNo and Capitol Hill are good too though.

Anywhere downtown or near downtown will be expensive. You can get the same accomodations in the suburbs for a few hundred dollars a month less.
