You didn't address the Vaccine Passport part.

You know UC that people in California who are noncitizens can get a DL and automatically get voter registration. And you are correct that states has govt issued non-DL IDs. I think the one in TX is $15. It may be free now.

But how will one get a Vaccine Passport without a valid ID?

Everyone that gets shot gets a 3 inch by 4 inch piece of hard stock paper that states type and lot# of the vaccine. I have mine. Gonna laminate it.

That you can vote, and a dl, or non-dl, to prove who you are.
What's the big friggin deal?
If you qualify, both easy to get.

Does the PoV have your name on it? If so, did you have to provide ID when issued or got the shot?

IMO, yes absentee ballots are a big problem but mail-in ballots are the bigger issues. We may be saying the same thing.

Yes the vaccine card had folks names on it. Matches to the medical paper work that's filled out. So yes that all gets loaded up into the 1984 computer system and can be cross referenced if need be.
