Finding providers or AMPS providers, etc, on Telegram app?

There is a search location feature lots of interesting things pop up....

Just putting it out there. You can hide your phone number, just fyi, to do that. Its a simple setting.

Telegram is secure, and encrypted, ETC.

Yes, not based in US (Im not sure its based in Russia), but to me thats a positive.

I think its probably best used for contacting people you have numbers of or - someone (like ECCIE) can start a secret telegram group, stuff like that.
