				The price of gas

Gas was $2.38 nationally when Senile Biden took office and now is going to hit $3 by April. These prices are a direct result of the senile bastard's policies that restrict production and are a tax on people least able to afford it. Welcome to Democrat World.

Gas is already $3.09 where I’m at but the prices started going up before he was sworn in so what exactly does Biden have to do with the increase in gas prices. Truly ignorant here don’t eat me alive.

It might take some time but I believe that the prices will stabilize and remain affordable.

If your a liberal, those losers that work paying for others to say home collecting checks and insurance paid for by them same losers, who cares.

I have a fairly close friend that's a server/bar tender that as long as he's getting unemployment he's not looking for a job.

He's been getting unemployment for around a year. If I'm not mistaken he still will get it until this fall.

This same guy is getting $1,400.00 more to make sure he votes for a Democrat also paid for by those who will work.

With the last payment for votes, the cost for every American is $17,000.00 per person and $69,000.00 for each family, per Washington Examiner.

Please don't give me he can't work, there's plenty of jobs. He's laughs about it all.

Should everyone move to a democrat run city. You get free transportation, free rent, unemployment, stimulus payment, healthcare, good ole rioting, looting and burning in nice weather for entertainment.

Not enough according to liberals. They say burn it down.

But the capitol rioters were conservatives - sure seemed like they wanted to burn it all down to da gwound.

One dude acting like a jerk doesnt mean its all broken. With how intertwined all industries are nowadays, the whole dont help the freeloaders mentality wont fly if the risk is a complete collapse of the GDP and infrastructure. Think what wouldve happened had there been no stimulus - if he were your roomate, you would be on the hook or you'd both be evicted. And that would be the story across the country as the entire hospitality industry would be left out to dry. And instead of gettin lit and playing videogames for 8 months, imagine if all those millions had been underbidding their services for jobs that dont exist. Hell, your last review might have been an "encounter: close friend who fell on hard times due to tha cove n needs to eat".

And not just him, but industries that were falling like dominoes would still be down. So I for one dont mind busting my ass so he can rake in the benefits since its helping you and me as well (plus dunno about you, but if I were laid off for this long, I think my career would be in ruins right now). You should ask your friend to do his part by pumping his benefits back into the economy.... go buy a ps5...or better yet start paying some better talent to come tour our city and inject some much needed competition into the local escort scene.

I'm surprised that berry hasn't cried "keep on topic"...oh wait, it's because most of y'all are agreeing with him.
But, to circle back, the reason gasoline prices are going up is not because of the senile bastard. It's because:

1. OPEC are assholes
 2. remember seeing gas prices at or below $1 in the spring of 2020? They couldn't give gasoline away because....nobody was driving. There was so much excess that they had nowhere to store it, so they cut back on refining oil to gasoline. Now that we are starting to drive more, there's less supply, hence the price is going up.
3. to a lesser degree, the freezing of Texas last month where they couldn't refine oil to gasoline.

none of this is the basement bastards fault, it's simply supply and demand.

Biden shutting down the pipeline was a signal to the oil companies to jack up prices, not to mention how many people lost their jobs .

"THE" pipeline? That's only 1 of many
 https://www.api.org/oil-and-natural-...-the-pipelines
although to be fair, the oil companies will use any excuse to jack up prices, so they hear about this and the price goes up. They're just as bad as OPEC.

Biden cancelling the permits for an as-yet-to-be-completed pipeline that would eventually transport unrefined crude from Canada to be shipped overseas, has impacted US gasoline prices? Do you realize how illogical that is? You people will say anything as it fits into your silly ideological narrative.

Fox called this spike three walks ago, when the Texas freeze stifled refining capacity.

Yinzerpgh you are right it is so funny how people want to blame the president (By the way I am not a fan of Bidens), but if you want to blame the president gas prices where actually higher in the months Apr-Oct of 2018 than they are now and Trump was president. Gas prices are tied to oil prices which is tied to supply and demand plus how it is being traded on the stock market. Opec cut oil production by 1 million barrels a day in Feb and Mar this year thus driving oil prices up.
