If that is important you can always ask the Booker what the girl does. Normally you will get 1 of 3 responses.

BBFS = $Donation amount xtra

"Up to girl" = means they don't know and don't want to steer you away.

(Insert standard rate info) NO BBFS

You can always ask which girls offer and if they know they will tell you.
