Is it OK to bring a Guillotine to a free speech protest?

OK, I can present a case to show they are a reasonable and common weapon for self defense.

But a Guillotine?

Explain to me how threatening a beheading, that can NEVER be used in self defense is protected speech?

I’ll admit that the no kings protests may be using guillotine symbology but I still have my doubts that they are parading full size guillotines at yesterday’s protests.
