As a long-time provider, I would second this. It does make life easier in the hobby. That being said, don't expect to not have to screen at all with it. I know that I personally still always message the most recent two okays and wait to hear back from them before I confirm.
That being said, there are tons of ladies who will see you as a newbie either there or here with different options for screening or none at all, as others have mentioned. A lot of new gents find themselves in the position of having to meet with two ladies in the beginning who might not be their first choices, but then you have good, solid references to move forwards with to start seeing the ones you really want to.
You might also want to double-check with ladies before you see them that will be references for you. Some ladies never will/just never respond when being contacted (by providers) so you want to make sure not to end up in that situation.
Staying at least somewhat active here with respectful posts and regular reviews can also help.
(As an aside, I am reference friendly, very prompt in my responses, and have great TCB.
