why a client will not phone--email instead

seems lately guys are reluctant to phone for appt-
-insist on MAKING APPT to meet by e mail instead of direct phone call--
he says because of fear wife will see unusual phone number on bill--
-- do many wives REALLY scan husbands phone bill often

I like email for me better to screen with, that way get all info at once

some do, some dont.
just cos he told you he fears his wife will check ph records does NOT mean a) he's married or b) she actually checks.
if he's using his real world phone to setup up appointment w/ providers, he's taking some risks in general, besides any related to his life relationship status.

there's a gazillion reasons why he wants to email.
just choose any one.

if you require/request him to call and he wont, then he prolly wont be a client.
that's provider-client business at its simplest.

I've had countless encounters where I never text, call ... and ONLY email. No issues.

Multiple reports of this behavior for people that intend on no call no show anyways.

I’ve only recently, like the past few days, came across reputable providers, who said that they conducted business this way. But I just like the phone system. What if one of us is running late? What if he has trouble finding my apartment? I like giving out the exact number after the person has arrived at my unit and I know for sure that they are there. Even when people pay deposits, they still don’t show up sometimes!

I should said email for screening is fine
But he needs to call or text for hotel info..
Emailing is to much work , one of us might miss a email notice an after screening is done and appt is booked why not just text or call.

Wife can get a hold of his emails just as easy as his phone.

I have a calling plan with multiple family numbers on it. IN THEORY, since the plan is in my name and I pay for it, ONLY I can see everyone's calling history on all lines....

I personally refuse to see anyone who won't share a phone number. I fully confirm my location via text only.

These days with the amount of burner app options that are *super* easy to use and delete in an instant, a gent literally has no excuses to not have a hobby number.

Remember the "old days" when you had to get an actual physical burner phone.

So much easier these days. (For us as well, as that's what I do.)

Well I thought there was no such thing as pay you go any more , almost of all phone providers did switch to unlimited text and call within US.

So I refused to believe that is a real reason.

But I do understand that, maybe the guy did not get surprised by random text in his NORMAL life if he is using his day to day phone.

Fear of rejection...some of us are painfully shy. I don't mind talking after we've chatted for a bit, though.
