Sometimes, businesses change names. In this case, the marque sign (which I imagine is likely relatively more expensive or bothersome to replace) still says "Tranquil," but the name painted on the door and the cards inside and the website all say "YunTong Health Spa"--which appears to be the name, at least at present.
