Yeah, and not drunk me still gets pulled over at DUI checkpoints, which the liberal SCOTUS upheld as legal, while acknowledging them as unconstitutional.

As WELL as fighting liberals who don't understand, "shall not be infringed".

A U.S. citizen was arrested using a blocked FL law for illegal aliens, and held under an ICE detainer and considered for deportation despite having a valid birth certificate proving he was a citizen.

A judge ruled there was no probable cause to hold him but he remained in custody because of the ICE detainer as the court was unable to order his release.

His crime? Being a passenger in a car going 78 in a 65?

He was released last night. Never should have been in custody to begin with.
