Sounds like I had a different experience with CC. In my case, she actually was Chinese. She spoke Mandarin. Probably had a bit of a bait and switch.
Not that into it, provided the services as you mentioned above, but did not offer the additional upgrade in my case.

He’s just doing his job promoting the place. Doesn’t mean the service is good with any of them at this place. Completely hit and miss. More miss than hit from what I’ve heard and read. An obscure agency with inconsistent ladies is going to require heavy promotion. So just take each review with a grain of salt.
