I would say the new location is slightly less discreet, as it's facing a busy road, but it has parking spaces in the back and no signs to draw any attention. The other one had more businesses around that could provide an alibi, but this one is better in other ways.
On top of that, the level of service here surpasses any disadvantages it might have.
