She was so hard to get a hold of then she returned with the $600 markup. If she would grandfather rates, I'd be on it a couple times a month.

I may try her now that she's in an easier location to get to and justify that $600 as a convenience fee.

I would not be surprised if the reason she was hard to get ahold of is also what showed her she could raise her rates. She’s clearly in demand.

Doesn't hurt that:

1) She's not in that clusterfuck of traffic that is DNT/Galleria or 121/DNT area.
2) She has no tattoos, is clean, looks good without all those snapchat/tiktock filters and not just another trashy "oh well, i may as well become a provider" type.
3) She is available late night.

I think all of these points is why she was so in demand.
