Harris County Sheriff's Office District 5 deputies and the Human Trafficking team disrupt a criminal enterprise:
Our team learned that a 13-yr-old teen was being forced to work at the Rainbow Foot Relax Massage Parlor located at 10511 Jones Rd @ Fallbrook.

Further, the business reportedly provided illegal sexual services for money. An investigation was for money.
An investigation was launched leading to the teen being rescued and three persons being arrested and charged. The teen is receiving support services.

We extend heartfelt thanks to the concerned resident that provided information, for “seeing something and saying something”.
And for the assist from our law enforcement partners, including FBI-Houston, Harris County Licensing Bureau, and the Pct. 5 Constables Office.
The owners of the parlor, husband and wife, Shi Shin Chow and Chenxi Zou were charged with Promotion of Prostitution to Receive Money. And the manager, Yuqin McGee (5-6-82) was charged with the same.

All three are booked in the Harris County Jail.

These reviews mentioned a young girl working the front desk, so I wonder if that's who was rescued. It was telling that they didn't specify exactly what work she did, allowing readers to assume the worst (and make the police look better).

Anyway, dang. I had been strongly considering stopping by this place to try it out. But the recent AMP drama had me wary. Guess I was right :/

I have always believed that any SPAMP (spa-amp) that resides in a strip center will get finked out faster than the ones that are all alone

But ya, those reviews mentioning a young girl working there probably made this place pop up on the radar

Rainbow Foot Relax with Michelle and Peter actually has a Jones Road address. Is on the corner of Jones and Fallbrook. Now there is another Rainbow further north on Jones Road though. Guys get them mixed up.

Now, Sheriff taking credit and framing the story while real crime is blowing all over the city as usual.

Yep - really dumb.

The mere presence of someone forced to work there or any other business should be cause for concern but in our system of justice only a court can determine if there is justifiable evidence of what is said in public.

The justice department (cops and prosecutors) aren't the purveyors of truth in this area of crime and in the past, are known to make inflammatory statements to win the case in the court of public opinion only to loose in a real court in a laughable manner.

100%. Every time they raid one of these businesses and chase around someone's grandmother there "may be trafficking and other organized crime that tends to go along with it." Also, totally unconstitutional for TDLR to shut down a business for 6 months just bc they suspect something.
