Yes L1 is included in the house fee. Anyone with any hobby experience would know that...100 for CBJ upgrade and 150 for BBBJ. That is pretty standard nowadays (unfortunately). Doesn't qualify as GPS in my opinion. GPS is when bitches are asking for 500 for non level 3 or $1k or more for level 3. She is a sensual provider.
