Not to pigeon hole (giggity) all of the talent , but in my experiences there are things we are not supposed to talk about which explains this kind of behavior. You can see it the pictures, on the tables in the rooms, etc… There’s a reason most of them do this. Unfortunately, it’s not necessarily because they love what they do. It’s a means to an end of something they do love to do.
