I preordered the 4s for myself. I have the SO's line not eligible for an upgrade yet. She wants a regular iPhone 4. Once I get her a 4 and my 4s, I will have two 3GS phones to get rid of.
So my question is does anyone have a 4 for sale? Or trade the 3GS phones for the 4? Or trade a 3GS for?

You can sell the 3GS on backpage. There are always buyers looking for a phone, that won't sign for a 2 yr contract. Look at the existing posts, and be honest with yourself about the condition of the phone when setting your price. Wipe the phone of all your data by going to "Settings" > "General" > "Reset", and then be sure to remove your SIM card from the phone, before handing it over to a buyer.
