Does anyone know of a Houston Doctor that offers LipoFreeze?

I frequently work out with a younger woman at my gym. She is in amazing shape, and really devotes a lot of time to her diet and workouts. However, like a lot of women, she still has just a little bit of belly fat she can't seem to get rid of. She mentioned Liposuction, but I think that would be a little drastic for such a small amount of belly fat, not to mention the dangers and recovery time. I've seen a lot of good things about the new Lipofreeze procedure, but despite a bunch of web searches, I don't seem to be able to find anyone in Houston doing this procedure. I know this is a long shot, but does anyone know of a doctor doing this in Houston? I feel certain that someone must be doing it, we just can't seem to find anyone via the internet.
