I just wondered why some women shave their eyebrows and then pencil them in to replace them . Just seems strange. Do the guys find it attractive , Y/N ?

I never understood it either ...

The cosmetic pencil is meant to fill in sparse eyebrows or darken for more color.

To shave the eyebrows and then literally draw them back on is believed to add height and open the eyes if the person has a high forehead.

Really, if that's the point, trim the hair around the face in soft layers and wear less/lighter makeup.
