Costa rica adult guide

I recall reading about a guy that has produced a guide for the visiting hobbyist in costa rica. It included maps and tips on price negotiation, even some dvd's I think. It was mainly for San Jose, but also included some info on Jaco as well. But I cannot find the link anywhere. I'm sure I read about it on eccie.

Does anyone know what guide I'm talking about ?
