PLEASE NOTE: The bickering and personal attacks are getting out of hand.
A small minority of our posters continue to ignore repeated requests to stop making personal attacks and bickering. It's disruptive to the flow of discussions and therefore hurts the members who want to have civil discussions - especially in the Sandbox. I've decided that private requests to follow the rules won't sway these few who can't discuss topics without getting personal. That is not fair to the rest of you.
I've given out 4 or 5 official warnings today and yesterday and will continue to do so until this situation resolves. (Warnings are much like moving traffic violations in that they carry points and too many points results in suspension of the drivers license or in this case suspension of the ECCIE account.)
I want to thank those of you who are being good citizens and assure you that this is being dealt with. Those of you who are receiving warnings need to consider whether or not you can contribute to the group without being disruptive and if the consequences of not doing so are worth it. We welcomed all of you to ECCIE regardless of past history and really hope you will stay with us. However, the rules are for everyone and for the good of the group.
