Providers posting in ISO

So i know this topic comes up occasionaly but I am unsure of the answer. Can a provider create a thread in the requests and ISO section basically saying "Really looking for some action willing to offer low low maybe even free special to the first taker with references" or something along those lines. This came up in chat late last night and none of us knew the answer. Thanks

The answer would be NO.

"I need a fuck and here's a special" is an ADVERTISEMENT. We have a forum for that. It's called the Advertising Forum.

Invisible1...there are already enough "close to ads" that are in there, that it's pretty much an ad forum by proxy. Key difference: ladies cannot start a thread as above, but gents can.
