Hhhhmmmm...Guess my Reference Thread pissed a few Ladies Off

I have given 3 references for other ladies this week alone. However, I contacted ALL three references that one gentleman gave me and not a single one responded. I guess my Reference Thread pissed a few ladies off. Aahhh, Oh well. Now I know who the ladies I was pertaining to in my thread truly are. And half the time these ladies dont do reference checks for themselves anyways. And its sad we are still dealing with, "Dont see that bitch, see me" type of mess.

So, my question is how do we verify you wonderful gentlemen without ladies reference checks?

To the ladies who run around saying that you're reference friendly but really aren't, just say that you aren't. You know who you are. Some of you are the reputable ladies on this board and P411. I think Gina should have a policy mandating that ladies respond to reference checks. Or else strip them of their membership. Hell, ladies on there can get in trouble for not responding to appointment requests. I cant think of any reference checks I haven't ever responded to. Most guys aren't going to list me as a reference if they think I won't respond to the girl. They know how I am and that I provide good useful Intel on them to another provider. My memory is like a sponge people! I don't forget anything. Now.....what was I saying??...... Oh yeah! And if I did, by chance, miss something then it was an honest mistake. P411 makes it so the guys are credible but lately any and every lady who has a review; fake or not is also on there. I have guys telling me they aren't going to pay for P411 when its the trashy managed ladies on there too. And those are clients exact comments, not mine.

I have posted this in co-ed section because I think its important for the guys to be in on this conversation too.

To the ladies who do provide references, thank you! I could name a handful that are indeed reference friendly, but I don't want to 'accidentally' leave anyone out.

Maybe you need to start sending thank you notes or something. I guess that some of your fellow providers do not deem safety as an issue.

I send special emails thanking the ladies that DO get back with me. I understand it takes time out of their schedule to do this for me and I ALWAYS send really appreciative notes to those wonderful ladies. Of course, these are mainly visiting ladies that I am speaking of. They are always so nice and do have others safety in mind.

My P411 expired and I never got around to renewing. Wow, if this is true about the "any-and-all" ladies, I'm glad I haven't re-upped. Seems like the new bunch of people (both providers and clients) filtering into both information sites (P411 and ECCIE) don't seem to appreciate the importance of references.

Yes, all three of the ladies that wouldn't respond to me ARE members on there, ARE NOT active on here (but do have VP status), ARE very active BP posters, and have reviews on NR and here. I'm not bashing Gina, as I adore her, but I don't think she knows this crud is even going on. Ladies are NOT keeping safety in mind on that site nor here lately....

Gemma, the bottom line is that you're all competitors. You might try to cooperate from time to time, but ultimately you're competitors for the guys' business, and some women take that to an extreme thinking, "If I don't give the reference, they have to see me." I mean, in my business, I sure as hell don't go out of my way to help clients do business with my competitors, either.

How can you verify us? Well, there's the P411 OK system. Here, I'd think that a quantity of reviews would help. That's probably not as good as references, but maybe it's better than nothing (or, hell, maybe not - I'm not in your shoes). From the male perspective, it's can be awkward to ask for reviews. "Hi, (provider). I know, it's been awhile since I've seen you. It'll be awhile longer since there's this other gal I'd like to see. Could you make it easier for me by being a reference?" LOL

There needs to be sticky/tab for us ladies where we can post of who is NOT ref. friendly.

I think there is a slight need.
That way we go there first & check the list.

If "blank" lady is there we move on to the next lady that is not the list.

Let alone the fact that some of us have extremely limited chances, which make recent references difficult sometimes.

Don't forget that some ladies won't respond to referrals unless the client lets them know it is safe to do so. If the guy you are verifying didn't let the referrals know he was sending their names, they might be trying to protect his privacy. Still, they should respond to you. Silence is just rude.

Copying & pasting this as this is just an how I feel in general about ref's. I cover all my bases as much as possible (P411/ECCIE PM/EMAIL/TER PM if she's reviewerd there/Text) and some ladies take as little as 20 minutes and some have taken up to a whole week. Which is why we need to be more creative with our screening and have many alternatives just on the off chance a lady (or ladies) are purposely ignoring you and/or trying to undercut you even. Some will make it hard to be reference-friendly but always remain in control of your biz/appts.

The problem I seem to have is I don't hobby enough for providers to remember me even ones I've given positive reviews to always the same thing ...... um I don't know that guy so it would seem that even tho I have several reviews I have to stick with the newbie friendly girls

Or else you just choose to stick to the newbie friendly girls. Or you're calling these same ladies I'm pertaining to in my thread. And that is what pisses me off. They find any excuse not to provide references!

I'm not concerned how long ago a client seen a provider. I have a client I haven't seen in over 5-6 years and I just provided another provider a reference about him. He knows he can trust me and I'm reliable. When i contact ladies, I don't ask them when they last seen the guy.... I'm concerned with the guys hygiene and is he safe and how well his manners are and such. But then again, I'm low volume and don't forget shit. I tend to remember who i bump uglies with.

Unless we see you really often like once a month you can't really expect us to remember you, even from a review it doesn't mean that we will. I like specifics when wanting a reference from a client to provider, because it could be someone else on the other end that I didn't see and then it could turn out all bad for all parties involved.
