You know that song "Who let the dogs out?" That is going to be my theme song while you are in town. Nobody, and I mean nobody is gonna keep me under the porch while the Jennifer Everlast is in the house.
The first post in this thread was an ad. I placed it in a Staff area until I got clarification on what to do with it since there were already replies present. The parts of the post that made it an ad have been edited out and the thread has been returned to where it was originally started.
I just wanted to say "thank you" to Still Looking for allowing me to remove a post from this thread with a quote from a post of mine that was originally meant for staff but I accidentally posted here earlier!
I don't mind saying what the essence of it was, but I just made a big mistake in posting the exact quote from a staff post which was a big no - no!
Yes, Mods do make mistakes...
In essence, it says that threADs are not against a specific rule. Of course if ones posts a threAD then they open themselves up for comments calling it such!
A thread becomes an ad when specific dates and/or services are offered and appointments are solicited. When that happens in a Co-ed forum or and ISO forum (or just about any forum that is not an AD forum) then it becomes a violation of Ad Posting policies. At that time staff can take action.
Now, I don't want to ruin SL's reputation on being some kind of softie so I will dispense of any eloquent praise at this time!! LOL
Curious. I thought this was originally a Coed thread. I must be losing my mind. Not much to lose, I know. Maybe someday I will learn the truth behind this particular circle jerk, but I sincerely doubt it was a threAD issue. There are too many other blatant ads in the Coed forum for this one to have suddenly been an ad too far.

Thanks for the clarification on this topic. The issue is there are so many blatant LOOKIE HERE I AM RETIRING and LOOKIE HERE SNATCH SHOTS and LOOKIE HERE MAMA TOOK PIX WHILE WAITING FOR DADDY and LOOKIE HERE I BOUGHT A NEW CAMERA AND NOW IM A FAMOUS PHOTOGRAPHER and LOOKIE HERE I UPDATED MY SHOWCASE YALL ADS in coed, the clear path to what is acceptable versus unacceptable has been grossly skewed. I was not aware dates were not allowed, and I will ensure the mishap does not not occur again.
Thanks Lea
