How did the police know what went on in the apt ? Just because your in the building, does it mean or do the police presume what your there for ?

If this guy wasn't a local Politician most likely he wouldn't have even been charged or this story printed. Unless they had additional evidence of wrong doing nothing actionable took place based on the information in the News Story. And its nice to see the Authorities in California are more interested in busting "Johns" and "Prostitutes" than the Criminals running the "Human Trafficking Rings".

Disagree in the getting charged part. But it never would have been a story if he wasn't a politician.

I read the article twice in an effort to figure out just how you came to that conclusion. I came up empty.

Yep. Politicians getting caught along with police chiefs getting caught in their own stings makes for good news stories.....
