LADIES why is it so hard to get a reply on a reference check ?

I have pm'd several providers for a reference ck and I don't get a reply or if I do I don't get a reply until a week later , this is how we are suppose to keep ourselves safe !!!!! especially with our newbies waiting for a reply on verification to continue to enjoy the hobby world .

I agree. Reference checks should be timely as much as possible. I think it helps when a provider also has a back up contact just in case. The way I do it: I require refs request to be submitted via PM but if you need a quick response you can text or call me and I will check that PM right away. The reason I require PM is because anyone can call claiming to be anyone in order to gather info on someone. It is for saftey and discretion purposes. I am sorry you are having so much trouble, I know how you feel. It is ridiculous. And sometimes I wonder if those ladies who arent getting back with any info at all are even verifying the references they get?!

However it took me a while of checking references in SA to just learn the certain ladies who just dont give references!
Its a bunch of crap! I feel like that should be mandatory that ladies respond.

I see that many providers don't accept references from agencies so that may be the reason why you don't get many requests. But the responses so far seem to be the same frustrations regardless.

I try to give really great references!! The FASTEST way to reach me is via text so if you will send me a pm I will send you my private hobby number…

I also ask that you include as much info as possible… Name, Eccie Handle, Telephone number and or email is usually enough for me to locate the gentleman in question…

I know it can be frustrating when you don't hear back from one of the ladies… What I normally do is let the gentleman know that I have contacted "XYZ Escort" via pm, text, email etc… and she has not been able to return my request for a reference on him and that she might be taking a few personal days and/or he may want to give her a gentle nudge…

Sometimes, the real world does interfere and the ladies cannot get back as quickly as possible... other times, lets be honest… there are some ladies that are just not reference friendly. Realistically, there is nothing that we can do about it… We are all independent contractors…

However, I am happy to do MY PART to help both MY MEN and the other LOVELY SEDUCTRESSES in our WORLD of PLEASURE to have an INCREDIBLE TIME!!

We are AWARE that some providers DO NOT offer references… However, I think the issue that Lolita's is talking about are those PROVIDER'S that CLAIM TO BE REFERENCE FRIENDLY but the reality is that they NEVER respond to requests of that nature…

Maybe, this is not an issue for you in Austin… I have been very fortunate to have always had VERY POSITIVE experiences with the lovely ladies in Austin… and for the most part the ladies in San Antonio…

However, I do know that there are ladies in the SA community that aren't as open with their men that they do not wish to provide references. To be honest, while I do not understand that philosophy… it is THEIR BUSINESS and they are allowed to run it as they see fit…

RR makes a valid point about the non reference ladies. As a newbie, I got semi frustrated working my way up the food chain. If I had known in the beginning some providers didn't do reference OK's, I would have avoided them to start off with.

Luckily we have p411 which works well in the eccie community.

I also am very shocked at the "lack of" references requests I receive. I feel like I send out a lot. And many women don't respond back but I have had a few gals who did a few days later and apologized.

I always think that if someone doesn't ever provide a ref, like you waited forever and nada, they want to give the client a hard time getting to another provider so they can keep the business. There really isn't an excuse for never returning a reference. Even if it's bad, people should send them. It's about safety. But girls are catty and competitive and some just don't care.

I do my best to respond to any lady needing a reference. Contacting me by email or text is the best. Also, I do not keep any record of my clients, so a description of our meeting or a P411 OK from me is required for me to remember who the client is.

Getting references is a problem that has always existed and unfortunately always will.
