Kudos to Camille!!!!!
OK, the real world sometimes sneaks in and messes up our plans. In my time hobbying, I've heard a lot of excuses - my car broke down, I have to bail a friend out, my mother just showed up, I just became a woman again, and so on. Usually, the gal says she's sorry. Sometimes she'll ask to re-schedule. Not much else.
I have to hobby at specific times and days because of my SO. I had a date with Camille, and after I arrived and called, she told me that she had a problem and wouldn't be able to make it. Before I could get pissed off - wasted a great excuse, wasted a blue pill, had to run errands to make the excuse work - Camille said that she'd make it up to me - with a FREEBIE!
I said OK, we made the date, and had a great time. She was good to her word - never mentioned a donation or anything!
Now THAT is Customer Service!! There are a lot of girls here who could learn a lot from Camille!!

Not to quibble, but I suspect her decision, while admittedly an excellent business decision, had more to do with personal integrity.

Good on her. I wonder what other hooktards will do this. I know that I'm more likely to schedule with someone if they make up for their fuck-up.
OY, you may have fucked up the playing field for hooktards that want to compete... Like when a man sends flowers to an SO's office. The other bitches get a little jealous and start mouthing their respective SOs as to why they don't do that (in this example, the clients are the bitches).

SR, there are others that will do this.
I've gotten freebies also. But it wasn't because of a mistake on the Providers end.
More of a showing of appreciation for actions on my part trying to be a decent person.
There are alot of women on this Board who do let the gents know, with their actions, that they do take responsibility for things on their end.
