Default L-Citrulline and L-Arginine ?

L-Citrulline and L-Arginine to help with circulation issues?

I was just reading this article and wondering if anyone has tried these amino acids to help with certain circulation situations some of us have to deal with if we are over 35 or so? .

Both good for lowering blood pressure, increased blood flow and has interesting properties for promoting heart health. Besides that the jury is still out if they do anything for having harder wood. The L-arginine is a pre-cursor for nitric oxide that dilates blood vessels thus lowering blood pressure. Dosages aren't exactly uniformly prescribed so taking it in combination with any BP lowering drugs could cause too low a BP.
