Gents apologies if this is covered clearly elsewhere but couldn't find with a quick search.
I've punted plenty in SE Asia and typically like massage plus as its convenient. Was surprised when I walked in to a Galleria area parlor had a nice massage and when the flip came the lady immediately started on a hj instead of asking what I wanted.
I should note I only payed the 60 for entry and was prepared to get wallet out to cover extras but was never asked.
Should I just ask and when? Or may be leave money out in plain view in advance?
Appreciate the info on local protocol.

Whore spas usually want the entire 160 upfront unless you are a newbie and they think you are a cop.

Some places want the 160 upfront at the door. Other places want 60 and will collect the "tips" later. And other places want 160 in the massage room after negotiation. The latter is more common.
