Thanks for the info. dilbert I rechecked and I didn't fill out the form that was emailed to me cus I have used the services before; so thanks man don't want to miss this RAFFLE missed the last one.

the P-ms that wish would be put out here i wanna clarify..THE NEW form sent to ya'll to be filled out is so the IN-STATE men (women) can join the raffle.. there are 600 or something people on the group..there fore it takes like 6 times to sort out a winner to the thing!! The new form lets us no who to place in the raffle...simple. YES it is double time but to win the freebie this week WE HAVE GOT TO PUT YOU IN THE L.A AREA OF THE GROUP! I dont care if you have used us a thousand times.. there are toooooo many people. besides from what i can see only 72 from nola and surrounding have taken the time to fill it out..consider yourself a hell of a lot luckier than those that did'nt. I am gonna have nikki send the form out to everyone and please state if you are l,a miss or al .. anyone close enough to do the &@ hour max to take the gift. ok?? xxoo ANNIE P.S GOOD LUCK and wait til ya see the new 22 year old spinner RIKKI!! IF are new or have been a part of this group prior to last month you MUST fill out this form to be part of any raffle from here on in. Annie has thrown away any and all incomplete information. This would also go for the ones that have many of the CC's girls. Here again is the form PLEASE FILL IT OUT and return it.

We need to get all of the following information before you can get approved
for raffles and group if it is RED it is a must have:

1. Review Board ID (such
as ECCIE, TER etc)
2. Provider reference with their contact information.
3. Your email contact.
4. Phone number to contact incase you win a raffle.
5. Name you want us using to post on PUBLIC BOARDS & name used to sign up for yahoogroup.
6. IF you have no provider reference then call Annie CC's is newbie friendly.

Please fill this out asap.
