It is common practice to post when a provider changes their name and number to dodge bad reviews.
How is this different?

The provider may have been put in danger. Per our bruddah WMJ4657:
Maybe not revealing real life information, but a damn valid reason for the lady to change her public identity, and for Stupid's public reveal of it to be at the least a pointable offense. If I were in charge I'd ban his worthless ass for at least a year, but I'm not in charge.

Without her situation being common knowledge, it can't be considered outing.
As far as sending the information in a PM, how would one know they weren't sending the PM to the person causing the problem?
It's a small community and I am not sure it is possible to hide in it by simply changing your name.

I wondered why she changed her name because I thought that she had good reviews which is why she was on my radar for awhile. Now I understand name change.

At no time did I Advocate her being outed. It is truly unfortunate that the information was made so public.
I am simply defending Mac 780 from any charge of wrongdoing.
Simply because,
#1 reporting provider name changes is a common occurrence.
#2 her specific circumstances were not common knowledge. He had no way of knowing that it could be harmful.
I myself inquired about her and the information was PMed to me. The person who messaged me had no way of knowing if I might be the person causing the problem.
