What he is saying is that whoever Is posting as Natasha is not the person in the pics. The pics "Natasha" is using have been confirmed to be a real person that is not named Natasha. Therefore, if you call that 903 number and make arrangements for a date, no one really knows who or what will answer the door when you show up, but you can be sure that it will not be the girl in the pics.
