Recommendations for Erie Providers?

Hello folks. I'm getting back into the hobby now that I'm traveling more regularly through the midwest. I get into Erie a couple of times each year and would like to figure out who to see by the lake when I'm up that way. I prefer an established 30+ mature provider willing to do in outcall to my hotel and patient with an older guy who appreciates a little TLC. thanks in advance for any advice from the community.

What does it mean when you say someone is "on TOS." I've been away from the hobby for a while and not sure what that is. Is is a board or another place to connect with folks? Excuse my ignorance, i'm new here.
UPDATE: another post indicates TOS is what the current Indy’s used to be.
