Default 11th Circuit Says DoJ can proceed
Title says it all. Judges found unpersuasive Judge Cannon’s terrible ruling. DoJ can continue their criminal investigation for Trump having classified documents and they get to keep the documents rather than them being within the purview of the special master.

And it appears they dressed her (Cannon) down pretty directly, "abused discretion" and that comes from 2 of 3 Trump appointed Judges on the 11th. Maybe all that orange has been practice for his next wardrobe.
