Romney Quotes Obama - Accused of False Attack

The Romney campaign released an ad featuring words spoken by President Obama at a recent rally in Roanoke, Virginia. However, the Obama campaign has fought back, claiming that Romney is lying about Obama, even though the transcripts show that what is presented in the Romney ad is EXACTLY what Obama said.

Who is Obama running against? Sounds like he's running against himself. You can be sure his handlers won't let him go off prompter again. We learn too much about him.
