Be careful. She likes to tell you that you are "grandfathered" at a certain donation and then the dollar signs pop in her head and she raises her rates.

I totally agree. I've also found she is way too high volume for my tastes. I've had a visit before with her and a guy would be leaving minutes before I was due to go in. This was at her old apartment in JC. Made me wonder when she has time between dates to shower or bathe. Her answer is "I usually swallow anyway". Gross.
