Why do so many TS escort ads have an extra charge for VIP treatment? It doesn't seem to be the case with regular escorts. I'm not sure but maybe the VIP is where they actually ejaculate? I'm sure they have a limited amount of times they can do that in any one day and want to maximize the earnings. Regular escorts don't have that issue.
