HEB has done their homework and now stocks their stores very differently based on the neighborhood they're in. If you're willing to make the drive, the "Kosher-B" at NW Military/Wurzbach Parkway and the "Gucci-B" on Broadway in Alamo Heights both have very extensive cheese departments. Slightly less extensive but still good is the store at 281/Evans Rd.
