Damn Yahoo! My PM notices went to the Bermuda Triangle.

I'm assuming that it was a Yahoo update that caused the problem. For some reason I stopped getting my PM notifications from ECCIE today, and just found a batch in my Bermuda Triangle/Spam folder, including a couple asking for my company tonight. DANG IT! Would have been nice, especially since I'm sitting here on a Saturday night in chihuahua jammies bored to tears watching bad TV and eating too much microwave popcorn with Cheese Whiz.

I didn't change anything on my user CP here or on my email settings. Anybody else ever have this happen? My apologies to the gentlemen who may have thought that I was ignoring them, and to the providers needing timely references. Please blame the rude Gremlins of technology for the lack of expedient reply.

Wake me up when something happens. SOOOO bored tonight.

Take the web address on the email in your spam folder, add it to your yahoo contacts. Then they will go to your inbox instead of spam folder.

Fancy, I too have had issues with my PM notifications. I'm not sure where they are going? Don't have an account in Bermuda I know of but I'd personally like to be there rather than here. Lol

Some come through ok and some don't.

That's why I prefer P411 for PMing. Their notifications always show up in my inbox and I use Yahoo.

I did! Much tastier.

Btw, for a while providers had the same problem with P411. No notices were getting through, no appointment requests (and I personally lost at 3 dates because of that), and it was peculiar to Yahoo. P411 has since resolved the problem.

I have been talking with a number of ladies and their screeners, as well as several gents, and it isn't our email servers, after all. Every once in a while some glitch happens with ECCIE itself, evidently, and some members periodically stop getting their PM notifications or only get some of them. They have to go in and reset their preferences, but in some cases the glitch stops on its own. When or why this happens is a mystery as big as the Bermuda Triangle.

Need someone from tech to address this.
