Default FL Supreme Court and cell phone tracking

Florida Supremes throw out evidence because a cell phone location tracking warrant was not issued, even though a warrant to collect phone #s had been obtained.

The FL court's long version has a reference to a federal case that deals with 4th amendment issues which mentions "strip club" and a "by-the-hour motel" and that reference is on page 30 of the Fl case.
